Meet Jaxson, currently the youngest of our residents. He’s so full of life and energy and keeps us on our toes! Sometimes called “Action Jaxson”, he is bringing childlike enthusiasm back into our lives after not having a young boy on campus for a while.
We do Christmas in July and while this tree is the ONLY decoration we have, he is convinced it is actually Christmas and comes out every morning looking for presents. I told him he only gets one, on the 24th but of course, the passing of time is not something he grasps. 
So, today he was my Christmas present. He pointed at himself so I could find it and then asked to be opened several times because I tickled his knees. He loves that.
Recently, when Jaxson and his cottage took a walk on campus, he insisted that he bring all of his stuffed animals! He also enjoys reading the “Jesus Loves Me” book, a custom photo book Exodus cottage has with all the verses on the song along with pictures.
Please pray for Jaxson and all of our residents as they face daily life. We’re here to love them, serve them, and teach them about hope in Christ!
