Ms. Bethany, one of the house parents of Exodus cottage, started a reading program with the girls. Cheyenne was one who loved to read! When she continued reading well past the others, Bethany decided that instead of buying her a prize every month, they should come up with something to do – an experience rather than a thing. She said she’d always wanted to go to the Biltmore Estate. It was decided that if she read for 1,000 days (yes, ONE THOUSAND) that Bethany would take Cheyenne to the Biltmore Estate. Cheyenne did, and so Bethany did on January 16. Needless to say, Cheyenne loved it and was thrilled!
