God has answered our prayers, yet again, sending a relief houseparent! Rosie will work in both cottages, giving our regular houseparents days off. We found out that her parents were houseparents at Joy Ranch back in the 1980’s, before she was born! When we asked her to share a little about herself, this is what she had to say:

“After serving the Lord overseas for 17 years, God in a turn of events led me back to the USA to focus on something precious He had put in my heart back in 2000; and that is that one day He’d call me into a ministry that embodied Isaiah 61:1 as I am called to follow in Jesus’ footsteps. It’s definitely an adjustment to live stateside again, but as I look back across the years and recent months it’s easy to see the undeniable clues in how the Lord has clearly led me here to Joy Ranch.”
