We have said it once, we will say it again & again: we could not serve our community without the help of our wonderful volunteers.

The Joy Ranch team wants to give a HUGE thank you to the incredible Chesterfield County Team!!!

This is the 3rd year this wonderful group of workers has blessed our campus. The Chesterfield group is a collection of 10 churches from the Chesterfield County, SC area. This year, 94 people traveled to Joy Ranch to spend a week working on various projects, including remodeling and renovating Miller cottage, (future site of our Independent Living program), developing our on-campus R.V. Park, cleaning & disposing of large junk items, laying mulch and gravel on campus, landscaping, and much more.

Overall, the work of this team totaled around 3600 hours of labor, and saved Joy Ranch nearly $50,000 in costs of labor!!!!

In one week, this team accomplished nearly a year’s worth of work.
We can not express how thankful and honored we are for this team: their hard work, kind spirits, and selfless service will have a lasting impact on Joy Ranch and our surrounding communities.
