Mt. Zion UMC & Copper Crest Farm

This summer, a team from Mt. Zion UMC worked hard at Copper Crest Farm, the wonderful facility where our kids engage in horse therapy (and have for years). Pam Umberger was overwhelmed with gratitude that the team was able to complete so many tasks! We are so thankful to this group of volunteers as well as Pam at Copper Crest for blessing our kids with this ministry.

Tasks completed by the group include:

Spreading pine mulch in the indoor arena

Groom and pet horses

Clean and organize tack

Rearrange tack sale items

Move carriages into a different storage area

Move and organize lesson tools and obstacles

Trim trees and shrubs

Weed flower beds leading up to the barn entrance

Load brush and garden clippings onto truck

Mow show track and lawn of Pam’s home as well as driveway

Weed eat
